for BetAIdviser Application

Welcome to BetAIdviser ("the App"). Please read this User Agreement carefully before using our services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement.

If you do not agree to this User Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. General Information

1.1 The App provides sports predictions and related information for entertainment purposes only.

1.2 The App is owned and operated by Fab4 Sp. z o.o, located at ul. Zygmunta Vogla 28, lokal 02.115, Warsaw, Poland.

1.3 By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Disclaimer

2.1 The predictions provided by the App are generated using AI algorithms and statistical analysis. They are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered as guaranteed outcomes or professional advice.

2.2 Fab4 is not responsible for any financial loss or other consequences resulting from actions taken based on the App’s predictions.

2.3 The App does not encourage or facilitate gambling or betting of any kind. Users are solely responsible for their actions.

3. User Conduct

3.1 You agree to use the App lawfully and not to:

1. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2. Use the App for fraudulent purposes.
3. Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
4. Upload harmful or malicious content.

3.2 Fab4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content within the App, including but not limited to algorithms, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Fab4 and is protected by copyright laws.

4.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires prior written permission.

5.2 By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Changes to the Agreement

7.1 Fab4 reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website.

7.2 Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland by polish law
